Eurovision 2024: il testo di “The Code” di Nemo (Svizzera)
La Svizzera si presenta in gara all’Eurovision Song Contest 2024 con Nemo e la sua “The Code”. Nemo Mettler, è questo il vero nome del giovane artista, appena 24enne, a dispetto della sua giovane età è già un nome importante nel panorama musicale elvetico: nel 2018 ha vinto ben 4 Swiss Music Awards, diventando di fatto miglior artista emergente di Svizzera.
A coordinare la spedizione elvetica a Eurovision quest’anno sono gli svizzero-tedeschi della SRF. Nemo raccoglie il testimone di Marius Bear nel 2022 e di Remo Forrer nel 2023 con un brano in lingua inglese, per il terzo anno di fila, che mette a dura prova le capacità vocali dell’artista e contiene numerosi riferimenti all’opera (il più evidente è un richiamo all’aria della Regina della Notte dall’opera “Il flauto magico” di Mozart).
