Eurovision 2025: il testo di “Lighter” di Kyle Alessandro (Norvegia)

A rappresentare la Norvegia all’Eurovision 2025 è Kyle Alessandro, che riesce a staccare il biglietto d’oro per la manifestazione europea al secondo tentativo.

La prima occasione si era presentata in occasione del Melodi Gran Prix 2023, la tradizionale selezione norvegese, alla quale aveva preso parte come componente della boy band Umami Tsunami, ultimi classificati con “Geronimo“. Dopo quell’esperienza, nel 2024, ha ripreso la sua carriera solista – già avviata nel 2017 – pubblicando 4 singoli.

Classe 2006, Kyle Alessandro è un volto noto in patria fin dall’età di 10 anni, quando prese parte al talent del canale TV2 “Norske Talenter”. Il suo brano per l’Eurovision di Basilea, “Lighter”, è firmato da Adam Woods, artista svedese visto in gara al Melodifestivalen nel 2023 (con Jon Henrik Fjällgren e Arc North) e nel 2024. Una canzone che mescola sonorità folk norvegesi con elementi medievaleggianti, barocchi, e da pop danzereccio.
