Eurovision 2025: il testo di “Serving” di Miriana Conte (Malta)

Miriana Conte rappresenterà Malta con il brano “Serving” all’Eurovision 2025 dopo aver vinto la selezione Malta Eurovision Song Contest.

Aveva già tentato la strada dell’Eurovision ben quattro volte prima non riuscendo mai a raggiungerla. La parola che dava il titolo originario del brano, ossia “Kant”, è stata vietata dall’EBU perché avrebbe richiamato l’espressione volgare “serving cunt”. Così, nel testo, il termine “Kant”, è stato modificato in un “aahh”.

“Serving” è un brano pop in inglese che esplora le varie sfide che l’artista ha affrontato nelle vita: un inno di autodeterminazione dell’artista, che rifiuta di fare ed essere ciò che gli altri vorrebbero per lei e che nel canto trova la piena espressione di sé.
