Eurovision 2025: il testo di “What the hell just happened?” delle Remember Monday (Regno Unito)

Il Regno Unito sarà rappresentato all’Eurovision 2025 di Basilea dalle Remember Monday con il brano “What the hell just happened?”. Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull e Charlotte Steele dopo essersi conosciute ai tempi del college, hanno iniziato a cantare insieme nel 2018. All’attivo hanno 2 EP e diversi singoli di buon riscontro di pubblico, soprattutto dopo la partecipazione nel 2019 a “The Voice UK”.

La loro musica si distingue per la fusione di pop e country unita all’intreccio armonico delle loro voci. Le Remember Monday sono state selezionate internamente dalla BBC, che aveva affidato la supervisione del processo di selezione al manager di Sam Ryder (2° a Torino nel 2022 con “Space man“) David May. Tra gli autori di “What the hell just happened?” figura anche Thomas Stengaard, autore di “Only teardrops”, con cui Emmelie De Forest vinse nel 2013.
